What is your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order date. Items must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a refund. To get started, email us at support@aka-labs.co and we will share the return instructions.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping and any original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
We strongly recommend retaining return tracking until your return is processed. We are not liable for returned orders that do not reach us.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to display in your account as processing times vary based on payment providers.
